On 3/31, I brought my vehicle in for service at this dealership. When I picked up my vehicle, I was provided with an invoice showing a $0 balance due, which indicated that my account was fully settled. Based on the documentation provided by staff, I left the dealership under the understanding that no additional payment was required. However, the following day I was contacted and informed that there was actually a remaining balance that I needed to return and pay. This situation is both confusing and concerning. Customers should be able to rely on the accuracy of the invoices provided to them at the time of service. Issuing a finalized invoice showing a $0 balance and then later requesting additional payment raises serious questions about the dealership’s billing procedures and internal controls. This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, as it places the burden of the dealership’s billing error on the customer. I believe there needs to be steps taken to prevent similar issues from happening to other customers in the future. When I went to the dealership to pay the rest of my balance the encounter was very unprofessional. The man I talked to was eating and had crumbs on his face while trying to settle the issue. I asked him to give me an explanation as to why this situation happened and he stated he was unable. I even asked him what would happen if I didn’t pay and his response was simply “I don’t know”. I ended up paying the apparent balance and leaving due to the fact that I wasn’t getting any answers. It truly was an inconvience due to the fact that I had to drive over 30 minutes back into town for the second day over something that should have been settled the first day. I asked multiple times when I received the $0 invoice if the staff was sure I did not need to make a payment. I was reassured by all 3 members helping me that I was “good to go”. To top it all off my tire service monitor light came on as I was leaving town even though it was not on before dropping the vehicle off. Overall, this was a very disheartening experience and I do not plan on going back.

The dealership has always met my needs. I have had an issue with the add on bed cover that was caused by the top protector on the tailgate been bowed. the dealership ordered a new piece to install to fix the problem. This is a factory problem which should be soon corrected.
